Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel your appointment please call or contact me in some way at least 48 hours in advance if your not able to make it, it would be greatly appreciated. All cancellations without a 48 hour notice will be charged 50% of the service scheduled. All '“no call no shows” will be charged 100% of the service scheduled. that must be paid before you can schedule another appointment. If your abled to reschedule within the same week and I have openings these do not apply to you.
Covid-19 rules & Safety
NO MASK NO APPOINTMENT NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.
If you have tested positive you can reschedule 2 weeks after positive test or if you have tested negative. No extra persons allowed unless you are the guardian of a child being serviced.
New Clients
A $25 deposit is required for all new clients.
Late Fees
There is a 10 min grace period after the scheduled appointment time. Failure to arrive within grace period will result in and inconvenience fee that will go towards the next scheduled client service or result in immediate cancellation.
